A true bootcamp-style full-body workout (without the yelling) — geared to all fitness levels. The MJ Field House is proud to be the first fitness facility in Moose Jaw to use Lebert Equalizers and Buddy Straps. These pieces of equipment are very versatile, working muscles in the arms, chest, back and core like no others. Your own body weight provides the resistance, maximizing fat burning and muscle tone.
FULL BODY CIRCUIT FUSION

Circuits of weights, resistance tubes, balance exercises, and cardio intervals will take you to the next level of fitness. Open to all levels, from the newest beginners to advanced athletes. Get moving, get fit, and have fun!
BLEND

Taking the best exercises and principles of Pilates and Yoga and BLENDING them into one class — your body will feel both stronger and more flexible, while you gain a greater sense of POSTURAL awareness. Whatever your lifestyle, you’ll see better performance in recreation or just getting through that long day at work.
IRON BLEND

Encompasses the same concepts as BLEND with hand weights added to increase muslce tone and fat burning. Bring your own hand weights ranging from 1 lb-5 lbs.

Get in shape with your new addition! A program geared towards new moms! The first half of the class is held on our 365-metre track where you will work up a sweat with your stroller. The class concludes on our beautiful indoor turf, where you will work out with your little one, building strength and endurance. This is a great way to get back into shape!
